01. Refund Processing & Timelines
Once a cancellation request is approved, your refund is automatically triggered back to the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Corporate Account). The amount typically reflects in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days depending on your banking provider's settlement cycle.
02. Free Date Rescheduling
Need to adjust your departure date? You can reschedule your trip date or vehicle type at zero amendment fees by informing our 24/7 concierge at least 48 hours prior to the original departure time.
